Apartment in SiSan surrounded by nature with private parking, the right choice for a your vacation

If you like to feel good and spend a great vacation apartment Nina 1 is right choice for you. This detached holiday house with a garden and terrace is in a quiet location in Šišan, which is only about ten minutes by car from the centre of the well-known tourist town of Pula.

The apartment is on the ground floor and have the living room, bedroom, bathroom, terrace, parking place, TV satellite, WI-FI, air conditioner, barbeque. Our property is fully furnished and have all the amenities of home. The apartment is not to big (32 m²), but comfortable enough. In the bedroom can sleep 2 persons in two single beds or in one double bed. A third person can sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. A cot is also available free of charge. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and you can use the mobile router wireless Internet connection in the apartment free of charge. The kitchen corner is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster, a lot of dishes and cooking utensils, dish cloths, sponges and detergent for dishes, as well as a dining space. The bathroom has a shower, a hanging mirror cabinet, a hairdryer and a toilet. In the same house is another very similar apartment Nina 2 for rent.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and two garden loungers. In the middle of the garden near the covered terrace is the barbecue. The property with big garden is located far away from busy roads and therefore is suitable for children and dogs.
Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a road that has not been surfaced (gravel path of about 500 meters). We rent the apartments during all year. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we live in the same house we deal with our guests directly - from key exchanges to cleaning, to repairs and anything in between. We are also owners of the diving center "Diving Pula".

The house is in the middle of the nature with big garden, 2 km away from the village Šišan, 8 km from the city Pula, 4 km from touristic center Medulin. This is ideal place for people who does like nature and uncrowded environment. The natural environment is a paradise for various sports activities: jogging, cycling, horseback riding, swimming, diving, wind surfing, paintball. Or maybe for maximum rest and do nothing. Your pets will delight in it.

The sea coast is 2 km away. The beach stretches for kilometers away to the south towards Ližnjan and to the north towards the bay Budava. A well maintained gravel road leads you to secluded small bays with gravel or flat rocks. The sea is crystal clear, clean, with a rocky bottom. It is necessary to have a car or bike to could go anywhere you like, to visit city Pula, everything around Pula, all beaches, park of nature Kamenjak, beautiful small places Fažana, Pomer, Premantura where you can enjoy in many events and find good restaurants with domestic menu. If you are looking for entertainment, Medulin is a right place with disco-bars, terraces with music, luna park for kids. The very well equipped store is in the village Šišan and in the city Pula are big supermarkets for shopping.
