The living room with kitchen is located on the ground floor as well as one bedroom with bath each accessable from outside. Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor housing three bedrooms with own baths, two of them with one shared entrance and one with its own entrance from outside. The whole house is surrounded by a high wall and the courtyard is perfect for children and pets. If you want to escape from turmoil of a city and still be relatively close to the sea, this is the perfect holiday home for you. An outdoor pool is available.
