Cozy, beautifully located cottage with sauna, rowing boat and good opportunities for fishing.

In the Småland highlands 6 km from Nässjö, this vacation home welcomes you in Toranäs, Soludden. Here you will find enough space for a family thanks to the annex building and thus the ideal setting for a relaxing stay close to nature. Warm up in the sauna after a day in the fresh air and enjoy the view of the lake Spexhultasjön.

The house is charmingly situated on a plot that stretches all the way to the lake. Spend relaxing hours on the covered terrace overlooking the lake and on the second, open terrace. You can also relax in the hammock on the grounds or settle down by the water. The boat is located at the pier and here you can also walk and swim.

At the lake you will find several, good fishing spots where you can fish perch, pike and whitefish if you are lucky (fishing license required). On excursions, visit the Toranäs burial site, the Ecomuseum in Bodafors or experience the great viewpoints in Huluberg and Almesåkra. Höglandsleden is not far away for those who like hiking. 5 bicycles are also available in the house.

    “Das Haus ist innen recht abgewohnt, vor allem die Betten und der Wohnzimmerbereich. Als Gast ist es schwer, die mitgebrachten Sachen zu verstauen, da der Hauseigentümer sehr viel Kram in allen Ecken stehen hat. Es müsste dringend aufgeräumt und ausgemistet werden. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, eine Grundreinigung wäre dringend erforderlich. Der Schlafbereich im Gästehaus ist durch den schlechten und unsauberen Zustand eigentlich nicht mehr zumutbar. Der Rasen auf dem Grundstück war eher als Wiese zu bezeichnen, bis am Ende unseres Urlaubes jemand zum Mähen kam.

    Die Lage ist spitze, und das entschädigt für die schlechte Ausstattung des Hauses. Der Garten ist groß und bietet durch alten Baumbestand Schatten an sonnigen Tagen, der Zugang zum See mit Steg ist toll.     “Nettes Häuschen direkt am See mit Ruderboot. Traumhafter großer Garten mit vielen Blumen! Ideal für Familien. Das Haus ist insgesamt in einem gutem Zustand, lediglich der Schlafbereich und die Couch ist älter und etwas abgewohnt. Das Haus wurde sehr sauber übergeben.”
