This charming holiday home is located just outside the market town of Ploumilliau. There is an enclosed garden at the back of the house where you can relax and enjoy your holiday in complete privacy. A pathway in the garden has been turned into a boules pitch where amateurs of the game can enjoy petanque in the sunshine. The nearby shops can be reached on foot and the beach of St Michel en Grève, which is 5 km away, takes only a few minutes in the car. Access to the two bedrooms on the top floor, i.e. bedroom 3 and 4, passing through an unheated room.

    “Een mooi vrijstaand huis in een rustige straat met rondom een tuin. Als je het hek aan de voorzijde sluit kunnen kleine kinderen het terrein niet af. Het interieur was zeker niet onze smaak maar als je daar doorheen kijkt heb je een woning met alles er op en er aan. Een enorme achtertuin met zon en schaduwplekken, schommels en glijbaan, trampoline, fietsen, tafeltennistafel, kinderspeelgoed etc. Ook is er een petanque-baan. Vaatwasmachine, oven, magnetron, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, wasmachine en droogtrommel aanwezig. Het dichtsbijzijnde zandstrand is 10 minuten rijden met de auto.”
