The cosy living room with a bar, the five bedrooms and the large, separate kitchen leave nothing to be desired. A terrace opens directly onto the swimming pool with shower nearby and the beautifully manicured garden with barbecue. As a tribute to tradition, there is a boules court on the property and you benefit from a pool house with WC, washbasin and hot water shower.
The Provençal town of Sainte-Anastasie-sur-Issole was built with tall houses with narrow windows to protect them from the mistral and the sun. Steep or stepped alleyways connect the houses with the main streets of the town. The surrounding countryside is ideal for short or long walks, e.g. along the River Issole or towards Barre-de-Saint-Quinis as far as the chapel. The GR9 long-distance hiking trail also awaits you with many beautiful views. The well-balanced AOC quality wine from this wine-growing region or the Coteaux Varois en Provence is becoming increasingly popular.
The pool and whirlpool are heated by a heat pump from April to October.
