    “Objekt entspricht nicht den Angaben.
    45qm > eher 30qm gut aufgerundet.
    Für Familie mit 2 Kindern, viele zu klein.
    Objekt liegt auf einer Anhöhe, mit dem Auto schwierig zu erreichen, da die Zufahrtsstrasse meist zugeparkt ist.
    Die 120 Meter zum Meer, entspricht nicht mal Luftlinie.
    Steiler Weg nach unten, dann steil wieder hoch, und Steile Treppe zum Meer,
    macht ca.300Meter.
    Große Terrasse mit Meerblick, stimmt soweit.
    Reinlichkeit der Wohnung bei Übernahme, eher schlecht.
    Küche eher spärlich eingerichtet, nur 2 Gasflammen.
    Gas / El.- Herd nicht vorhanden.
    Terrasse sehr groß mit großer Markise.
    Sat-TV > 2 Deutsche Programme.
