Emils Hus, also called Rosenvik, is a charming 19th century house located in the small village of Bredvik, between Vena and Kristdala. From here, it is only 25 minutes to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby, 45 minutes to the Kingdom of Crystal (Glasriket) and 30 minutes to the Oskarshamn Archipelago which has swimming opportunities and ferries to Öland and Gotland. It is also near Katthult and Bullerbyn, where Astrid Lindgren's films were shot, and 15 minutes to the moose park in Tuna. The house is located in a small town in a secluded location, 200 metres from a fishing spot. The holiday home was renovated in 2016 and has a sunny covered porch and a new bathroom. There is a trampoline for children and a ping-pong table in the garage. This is a cottage for those seeking peace.
