Sie hat einen großzügigen Wohn-/Essraum und ein Schlafzimmer mit drei Einzelbetten. Das Bad ist ebenfalls großzügig geschnitten, verfügt über eine Glasdusche mit niedriger Schwelle und die Toilette ist etwas erhöht. Diese Wohnung hat breite Türen und niedrige Schwellen, sodass Rollstuhlfahrer sie nutzen können. Allerdings ist die Wohnung eher für gehbehinderte Personen, da spezielle Haltegriffe oder niedrige Waschbecken fehlen.
