This apartment is located only 200 meters from the beautiful and clean beach in Moncofa, which is directly connected to the beach of Chilches. The extensive beaches entice with fine sand and await with oases of tranquility, perfect for a relaxing, fun family vacation. Here you will be spared from the noisy mass tourism that is so characteristic of other destinations on the Mediterranean.
The accommodation is located on the top floor of a building with only 4 floors and offers a balcony with sea view, where you can have a leisurely breakfast. Through the interior you can reach a terrace of about 60 m², which is protected from views from the outside and spoils you with a magnificent view of the sea.
The 75 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a ceramic stove, washing machine, refrigerator and microwave oven, and a living/dining room equipped with air conditioning. Here you will also find the balcony overlooking the sea.
The building includes a communal pool, a large play area for children with swings and slide and an underground garage where a parking space is reserved for your vehicle.
In this area you can expect numerous activities of a sporting nature, both in winter and in summer, which are provided, among other things, by the numerous sports facilities with their events and competitions. But the cultural offer is also very varied: visit, for example, a theater performance by the sea or the music festival FBI in nearby Benicàssim. This paradise for sports enthusiasts and culture lovers is the ideal choice for active vacationers who want to have fun during their vacations.
