This wonderful holiday house is located on the landlord’s property. Alkmaar is 10 km from the house. Bedroom 1 is connecting room to bedroom 2. The terrace is accessible only from the outside. The North Sea Beach is at walking distance. Amsterdam is reachable in about 50 minutes. Egmond aa Zee is a popular seaside resort on the North Sea. Enjoy a variety of good restaurants and beach pavilion here. This region offers lot more than just sun, sea and the beach. Visit Abtei, just 5 km away from Egmond and take a stroll through the historical village of Egmond aan den Hoef. Admire the traditional farmhouses, castle ruins and the castle church here. Do not miss a visit to the cheese market in Alkmaar, 10 km away and the capital Amsterdam, 50 km away.

    “Das Ferienhaus war super. Es fehlte nichts. Nur die Schule gegenüber war etwas nervig, wegen dem Krach. Die Stadt Egmond hatte auch viel zu bieten. Vor allem super Restaurants, wo man mittags einkehren könnte.”

    “Es handelt sich um ein kleines, nicht ganz neues, aber sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus.
    Wir haben viele Küchenutensilien von zu Hause mitgenommen, die wir normalerweise in einem Ferienhaus vermissen. Das war aber in diesem Fall absolut nicht notwendig. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht.
    Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sprach gut Deutsch und hatte sogar einen dicken Strauß frische Rosen auf den Tisch gestellt und zwei Flaschen Wein.
    Das Haus ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausgesprochen heimelig. Wir können wirklich nichts negatives darüber sagen.”

Ortsnah und Strand auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr angenehm überrascht, dass das angebliche Durchgangszimmer doch zwei separate Einzelzimmer waren. Betten gut. Besitzer sehr nett und hilfsbereit !
