Modern apartment in front of the sea of Son Baulo

Cozy and modern apartment located in front of the sea in Can Picafort; in the urbanization of Son Bauló at the foot of Paseo Marítimo and the beach. Due to its location, it enjoys a 180º panoramic view over the Bay of Alcudia. A minimalist watchtower totally reformed with materials and equipment of 1st quality. Its luminosity and its finishes provide an excellent environment, pleasant, clean and cozy. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 bright and modern American kitchen with a living room and a terrace where you can enjoy excellent views of the sea. Ca'n Picafort is located in the Bay of Alcudia at 10 km. of Alcudia. Its beaches have a clean and crystal clear water, a white sand and is one of the main tourist destinations in the north of Mallorca, where you can find a variety of recreational activities such as water sports, horseback riding, karting and tennis. In the village there are shops, restaurants, bars or cafes.

    “Absolut weiterzuempfehlen alleine wegen der tollen Aussicht und Lage. Ein paar Punkte Abzug wegen den oben genannten Punkte, vor allem das schlafen war leider weniger gut durch die fehlende Klimaanlage wurde wir täglich so verstochen, weil wir gezwungen waren die Fenster nachts zu öffnen. Positiv: • 1A Lage

    • kontaktlose Abwicklung
    • problemlose Kontaktaufnahme jederzeit Negativ: • keine Klimatisierung (täglich 38 grad)
    • zu kleines Bad
    • Doppelbett zu klein und zu kurz
    • Bauarbeiten an der Fassade daher sehr viel Putz und Staub täglich auf dem Balkon/Wohnung und Baulärm”
