This large apartment is located only 15 minutes walk from the center of Vienna. Around the corner the streetcar stops and takes you directly to the city center. The apartment itself consists of a spacious entrance hall, bathroom with bath/shower, stylish living room with sofa bed, friendly kitchen with rich equipment and bedroom with two separate beds. In the house there is an elevator and a family doctor's office. In the apartment there are 2 TV sets (cable TV), WLAN is available. Washing machine, ironing board and iron as well as 2 big standing fans are also at your disposal. There is a bicycle room on the ground floor.
Grocery stores, restaurants and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity.
