First class and superbly appointed vacation home with private pools. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool. The house is located in the small village of Kosi? in a quiet location. It is ideal for families and couples who want to spend their vacation together and can accommodate 8 people. In front of the house there is a refreshing outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers. Right next to it is an extensive seating area, which offers plenty of space for socializing. Of course, there is also an outdoor grill where you can prepare culinary specialties.
Large glass surfaces serve as a seamless transition from the living and kitchen areas, as well as from one of the bedrooms to the garden terrace. Upstairs, three more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms await you. Each bedroom has a smart TV, a safe and access to the balcony, which offers a magnificent view of the sea and the countryside. On the first floor you still have a wellness area with an indoor pool of about 22 m² and a sauna. In the basement there is a wine cellar and recreational facilities such as billiards and table soccer.
A special pleasure all year round is the fact that the entire house has a heating and cooling system that can meet the requirements of even the most demanding guests.
The proximity of the town of Krk and other places on the island is ideal for short day trips as well as to the numerous beaches of which the islanders are particularly proud. However, if you are planning longer day trips, visits to the National Parks Risnja, Plitvice Lakes or the Nature Park U?ka are recommended.
