The larger apartment is located on the first floor of a family house in Omisalj, 3500 m from the center and 150 m from the beach. The apartment has 50 m2 and can accommodate 4 people and consists of two double bedrooms (with double beds), a living room with kitchen and dining room, a bathroom with tub and a large terrace with a sea view. There are TV-SAT, WIFI and parking in front of the house. The smaller apartment is located also on the first floor of the house and consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen with a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and two smaller balconies (one with the exit from the living room and the other from the bedroom). There are TV-SAT, WIFI and parking in front of the house. In the courtyard, there is a fireplace common to both apartments.

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
