Sea Fronline Ficula Vell House with 180 deg panoramic views to the costs

The house is ideal for up to 2 families willing to share holidays while keeping enough intimacy, and those appreciating tranquillity, snorkelling, diving, fishing or walking. The house is located only 20m from the sea. Small supermarket, restaurants as well as the wonderful sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell are only few minute walk from the house.

The house is made of 2 adjacent houses (Ficula A and B) connected through the external terraces and an internal patio with access to the upper terrace. The 2 houses are offered as a single unit. House Ficula A has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room and a kitchen. House Ficula B has 2 double bedrooms, one full bathroom a living room and a kitchen. The kitchens are open to the dining-living rooms which give access to the terrace, private swimming pool and garden through large French door-windows. A laundry room with washing machine accessible from the internal patio is shared by the 2 houses.

Up to 6 people, only Ficula Vell A is proposed and Ficula Vell B remains vacant in order to preserve the intimacy of guests. Groups of 6 or less people willing to use Ficula Vell A and Ficula Vell B are charged a supplement of 300 euros/week.

    “Positiv: Schnelle Reaktionszeit bei der Korrektur des falsch angegebenen Passwortes für das WLAN. Negativ: -Keine Beschattung auf Terasse vorhanden. Erst auf Rückfrage wurde ein Sonnenschirm (mit Auflagen zur Benützung) abgegeben.
    -Die Reparatur der defekten Geschirrwaschmaschine wurde erst nach erneuter Rückfrage gestartet und dauerte somit 5 Tage. Dies ist zu lange für den geforderten Mietpreis!”
