This charming villa is ideally located in the heart of the authentic Var hinterland, not far from Fayence and Draguignan. It has a large living room, 3 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside, the pretty paved terrace overlooks the valley and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. At your disposal: a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop and some toys for the pool. The property is partially fenced and is protected from wild boars at night with an electric fence.
Bargemon is a Provençal medieval village with its alleys, fountains, squares and bistros, beautiful old houses, a 15th century church and city walls. It is nestled at an altitude of 500 meters and near the lakes of Sainte Croix, Saint Cassien and Gorges du Verdon. There you will find several restaurants, art galleries and stores.
In addition to the water sports activities at the lakes, you will have the opportunity to enjoy beautiful walks on foot, on horseback, by bike or hang gliding and gliding.
Other wonderful villages such as Fayence or Seillans are nearby to discover. The pearls of the Côte d'Azur like Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Fréjus or St. Raphaël are all less than 2 hours away.
