Our lovely holiday house Tirol in Umhausen combines both history and precious moments among family and friends. Built in 1965 and renovated with love to the detail, we have created a little gem amidst the unique Alpine landscape. Discover a unique holiday paradise in summer and winter alike. Our house is rated with 4 Edelweiß and makes a great holiday base in Umhausen at only 5 walking minutes from the following attractions: Birds of Prey Park, Stuiben Falls, swimming lake, restaurants, village center, etc.

The garden features a comfy seating lounge, BBQ facilities (charcoal or gas grill on request) and a small playground with trampoline (available from March onwards - weather permitting).

New, modernly equipped "Gebhard" Apartment on the ground floor and lower floor, covering about 150 m².

Ground floor: large living area and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, open fireplace in the living room plus homey bench and seating corner and ample dining area. 2 bathrooms, 1 double room.

Lower floor: 1 double room with access to the terrace, 1 triple room, 1 twin room.

All highlights in the valley such as free admission to the summer mountain railways, swimming pools, museums, public transport and much more are included with this card from the 2nd day of your holiday. And as a ‘Bike Homes’ partner we fulfil the Ötztal bike criteria.

Exclusively for children: The ‘Erlebnisstodl’ - adventure.experience.realm. is a creative room for handicrafts and painting, a gymnastics world with bouldering area and a play room with Playmobil and Lego (for children from 0 - 8 years). In the lower area there is a small indoor area for gymnastics, playing football or a game of table tennis. The area is a 2-minute walk away and must be booked in advance (EUR 12.00 per family/use).
