Welcome to one of the many apartments of our vacation rental service Travemünde! This is where you will find a home for as long as you wish to stay.
The Maritim stands directly next to both the Travemünde Beach and the estuary of the Trave. It towers the waters with its 125 meters. The hotel is located on the 5th to the 14th floors. All the other floors are private apartments partly in use for vacation rentals. All floors can be reached with the elevators. There are no regular stairs (only the fire exit stairs). Europe highest lighthouse light is on the rooftop in 114,7 m height. This light took over in 1974 for the oldest lighthouse Germany, the old Travemünde Lighthouse, stuck only a few meters behind the tower.
Modern 2 room apartment with a fantastic panoramic view to the beach, the Baltic sea and the Lübecker Bucht. Very well equipped open kitchen with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, baking oven, 4 plates ceramic hob, coffee machine. Living room with two leather sofas, TV-sideboard with Loewe-flat TV 50 inch, radio, CD, dining table with four chairs, corner dining room cabinet in country style. Bedroom with box-spring bed (two single matresses 90 x 200cm, individual electrically adjustable), bathroom with new big shower 66,9 x 31,5 inch (low entrance approx. 1,1 inch), WC and washbasin with big mirror.

Attention: There are two keys to the accommodation. Insert the smaller key into the upper keyhole first (turn counter-clockwise). Next, insert the bigger key into the keyhole on the doorhandle and turn clockwise. The door should open now.

Important information for the parking card : at the first barrier you have to put the parking card in the lower box for plastic cards only to open the barrier system. Please drive towards lower level to pass a second barrier, please also put the parking card on the feeler ( round button) to open the second barrier. It is important that you put the parking card once and only as long as the barrier openson the feeler. If you don't do it you might get problems. On the lower level there is a reserved parking place nr. 263. Please note if you don't pass the second barrier you can not exit anymore the underground parking garage. Only if you pay the amount due at the automatic cash register you will get free exit access again.
We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.
Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
