Our upper holiday apartment is 60 sqm in size and is located on the 1st floor of our residential building. The highlight of this apartment is the approximately 30 sqm roof terrace, from which you have a kilometer-wide view over fields, woods, and meadows.

Our lower apartment is 70 sqm in size and is located on the ground floor of our residential building.

All living areas are allergy-friendly with laminate flooring. All windows have external blinds.
We ask our guests to use the terrace, the covered seating areas in the courtyard, or the garden for smoking.

Children up to 3 years sleep free in the parents' bed.

Apartment description
Our cozy living room features a comfortable seating area as well as a modern television with cable connection.

Dining room
From the living room, you can access our sunny dining room. From here, you can step outside onto the splendid rooftop terrace.

Rooftop terrace
The 30 sqm rooftop terrace has a wooden floor and a wooden border. A comfortable seating area with a parasol invites you to relax. Enjoy the unobstructed magnificent view.

Kitchen-diner
The spacious kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, a dishwasher, and various electrical appliances. Beautiful dishes and ample cutlery are, of course, provided.
For shared meals, a seating area is available. A high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

Double bedroom
The double bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. A travel cot for children is also available if needed.

Single bedroom
This room features 2 single beds sized 90 x 200 cm. The beds have a back-friendly sleeping height of 50 cm. A spacious wardrobe and chairs complete this room.

Shower bath
Our shower bath was fully renovated in 2011. It includes a washbasin, a wall-mounted toilet, and a round shower, as well as a towel heater. The highlight of this room is a daylight spotlight. A makeup mirror and a hairdryer are, of course, available.
W-Lan is available!
