We offer a nice one-room-apartment for 2 - 3 people on the first floor with separate kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the western part of Dresden (Dölzschen) about 10 minutes away (by car) from the city centre. Parking is no problem. living-/bedroom:

transport need about 10 minutes to the city centre.

You can find the next supermarket within a 7 minutes walking distance.
There are about 300 m to the open-air swimming pool (for nudists).

    “Saubere FeWo mit freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieterin.
    Dresden Altstadt ist mit dem Bus für freie Fußgänger zügig erreichbar.
    Eine prima Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip. Positiv: Das Bad ist neu und geschmackvoll renoviert. Prima Lüftung über zwei Fenster.
    Alle elektrischen Küchengeräte haben funktioniert.
    Die Schlüsselübergaben (Ein- und Auszug) liefen freundlich und unkompliziert.
    Die Vermieterin hat auf Nachfrage umgehend eine zusätzliche Baumwolldecke zur Verfügung gestellt.
    Es gibt einen zweiten Schlafplatz für alle denen 70cm pro Person zu eng sind.
    Großer Balkon mit Südwest Ausrichtung (abends lange Sonne).”

    “Positiv: Die Lage zum S-Bahnhof und Bus war sehr gut. Fussläufig zu erreichen. Wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist sollte bedacht werden das eine 7% Steigung zu bewältigen ist. Wenig Restaurants in der Umgebung.”

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, liegt im OG eines großen und schönen EFH. Komplett ausgestattete Küche, tolles Bad, und eine großzügige Terrasse. Wohn/Schlafraum mit TV, Radio und WLAN. Freundliche und nette Vermieter. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Ein Hinweis für Fahrradnutzer: Dresden liegt sehr eben und ist für die Erkundung per Rad ideal - die letzten 500-600 m zur FeWo gehen allerdings ganz schön bergan!
    Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!”
