All three bedrooms and the living/dining area are air-conditioned. The holiday property has a total of 4 air conditioning units. The television in the dining area has a satellite TV connection.The outdoor area offers a very generous amount of space. The centerpiece here is the 24 m² swimming pool. The pool measures 6 meters x 4 meters and is 1.50 meters deep, which is standard. There is also a small pool for four-legged friends to cool off in.There is also a summer arbor with a grill and seating for up to 8 people and a large parking lot for 3 vehicles. The grill is a real charcoal grill. For the little guests there is a play corner with a climbing house with a slide and a sandpit.
