    “Das Haus steht in einer Siedlung. Optisch in die Jahre gekommen, wird es von der sehr freundlichen Besitzerin in gepflegtem Zustand gehalten. Die Wohnung großzügig im Platz, spartanisch in der Einrichtung. Teilweise renoviert, mit schönem Ausblick. Das Bad modern, die Toilette leider geruchsintensiv. Die Sauna/Infrarotkabine neu, allerdings nur für eine Wohnung z. Zt. nutzbar. Das Schwimmbad groß und wertet das Haus auf. Seefeld ist fußläufig in 20 Min. entlang des Sees zu erreichen, ein sehr schöner Weg, ebenso die Wandermöglichkeiten rund ums Haus.”
