Holiday development "Le Ginestre". 15 km from the centre of Villasimius, 60 km from the centre of Cagliari, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 650 m from the sea. Parking. Grocery, restaurant, bar, sandy beach 650 m. Please note: the photo is just an example. Additional accommodations can be booked. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. The apartments have furnished balconies. The distance from the sea is by foot only, not by car. The houses are located on a terrain that stretches along the coast for about 1 km², the distance to the sea and beach may vary.

    “Ess-/Wohnbereich: Einfachste Ausstattung, jedoch genügend Platz. Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach und Spüle funktionierten. Auch an Besteck, Geschirr und Töpfen/Pfannen fehlte es nicht. Genügend Platz am Tisch für 4-6 Personen. Die Schlafcouch war unmöglich: Alt und durchgesessen. Wie da zwei Personen drauf schlafen sollen, ist mir ein großes Rätsel, wäre für mich zumindest undenkbar. Waschmaschine war vorhanden, diese haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt.

    Bad: WC und Waschbecken in Ordnung und sauber. Dusche sehr klein, bei uns hatte die Duschwand einige Gebrauchsspuren (Risse, schwergängige Schiebetüren). Alles in allem dennoch sauber und relativ gepflegt. Nur der Abfluss roch teilweise streng, was nicht unüblich ist in den südlichen Ländern.

    Schlafzimmer: Ein Schrank mit ausreichend Platz für zwei(!) Personen. Bett in Ordnung, aber ziemlich weich. Leider nur eine Nachttischlampe.

    Balkon: Überragend. Auch hier einfachste Plastikbestuhlung sowie Tisch. Der Blick über die Costa Rei, das Meer und die kleine, zu Fuße des Hügels liegende Ortschaft entschädigte so einiges. Darunter liegender Garten gepflegt und in Top-Zustand.

    Lage: Am Hang gelegen. Ohne Mietwagen oder wenigstens ein Rad allerdings schlecht zu erreichen. Den Strand erreicht man in der angepriesenen 650 Metern nur, wenn man sich seinen Weg durch sehr (!!) unwegsames Gelände bahnt (50cm breite Schotterwege zwischen den Häusern, einige steile Treppen, sowie starkes Gefälle). Mit Gepäck oder gar Kinderwagen wird das definitiv nichts. Läuft man an der Straße entlang ist man locker 20 Minuten (eher länger) unterwegs, um in die Ortschaft/an den Strand zu gelangen, deshalb haben wir den Weg mit dem Auto zurückgelegt. Einen ausreichend großen Parkplatz gab es übrigens direkt auf dem Grundstück, top!

    Zusammenfassend: Für zwei Personen eine gute Unterkunft, vor allem Preis-/Leistung stimmt. Traumhafter Balkon/Garten, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Mobiliar, die "Couch" geht gar nicht.”

    “Sehr funktionelles und völlig ausreichend ausgestattetes Quartier am Hang oberhalb der Costa Rei. Von der großen Terrasse aus phantastisches Panorama über die Bucht. Der Aufstieg vom Ort ins Appartement über steile Sträßchen und Treppen bleibt zu Fuß eine sportliche Herausforderung (Brötchen holen will gut überlegt sein ;-)
