Diese 96m2 grosse, modern eingerichtete 3.5 Zi Wohnung mit grosszügiger Terrasse ist im 5. Stock und hat direkte Aussicht auf den Monte Tamaro und Monte Gambarogno. Zudem hat man Teilsicht auf den Lago Maggiore. 

Die Wohnung hat einen sehr praktischen Grundriss; jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und direkten Zugang zum grosszügien Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer. 
Die Wohnung ist 5 Gehminuten vom Lido Locarno entfernt und an die Buslinie 4 angeschlossen. Ebenfalls in 5 Minuten sind die Migros/Denner, die Falconeria, die Minigolfanlage und der Robinson Spielplatz erreichbar. Die einfache aber vorzügliche Pizzeria Robina liegt gleich nebenan, was sehr praktisch ist.
Die Piazza Grande ist in 12 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. 
Für den Besuch des Filmfestivals ist die Wohnung ideal gelegen.
Die gemütliche Lounge auf der 20m2 grossen Terrasse lädt zum stundenlagen Verweilen und Geniessen ein. Ebenfalls ermöglicht die Bar/Küchenkombniation gute Gespräche und ein geselliges Beieinandersein.

Ein Aussenparkplatz (gedeckt) ist vorhanden und im Preis inbegriffen.
