You've come to the right place,
if you want to get a breath of fresh mountain air and live in a central location. For breakfast, you can sit on the terrace with fresh coffee at sunrise, possibly watch deer in the meadow and a perfect mountain panorama stretches out around you. You can use the day for different activities all year round.

The bus stop is only a minute away. In winter, upon presentation of the guest card, a shuttle bus takes you to the Stubai Glacier several times an hour free of charge, where you can feel the fresh powder snow under your skis. In addition to ski slopes, there are also toboggan runs, ice skating rinks, a swimming pool & great winter hiking trails or beautiful routes for tourers, which conjure up a landscape like in a fairytale, especially when there is fresh snow.

The centre, which offers various pubs and restaurants, is only a 5-minute walk away. In summer, you can set off directly from the holiday flat on various hikes or take off on your (e)bike. The Stubaital offers countless possibilities with or without a gondola. The kids don't miss out either. There are several playgrounds and hiking trails (some of them are suitable for prams) that provide action and "forest air overdose".

If you want to experience even more, then the summer toboggan run or an unforgettable tandem excursion might be just the thing for you. You can end the evening comfortably on your terrace, listening to the chirping of the grasshoppers and, if you are lucky, marvelling at a rainbow over the whole valley. Here you can feel nature, relax or really experience something.

The Stubai Glacier is about 20km away from us. You can reach it comfortably in winter with the ski bus, which stops just around the corner (1 min.). The centre with several restaurants, bars, ski rental, sports shops, post office, shops and supermarkets as well as a pharmacy is only a 5-minute walk away. The nearest doctor has his practice only 2 houses away. In summer you can walk to the next gondola? No problem, in 10 minutes you are at the 11er cable car. Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, is about 20 km away from us and is definitely worth a visit.
