Villa Judita is located in central Istria near the town of Porec. The bright open-concept space on the first floor consists of a living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The interior with simply selected colors has a calming effect. From the living area, you can access the terrace, which offers seating for eight people. There is a barbecue on the terrace - perfect for gathering around the table with the family and enjoying time together. On the upper floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with TV and three bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms have access to the shared balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the well-tended garden. In the garden there is a pool with sun loungers and plenty of space to relax and sunbathe. A highlight is the outdoor whirlpool and sauna. The fully fenced property has 4 private parking spaces. Villa Judita can accommodate up to eight people, making it perfect for families and groups of friends to get away from it all and experience unforgettable moments.Villa Judita is located in the quiet village of Dracevac, where the inhabitants mostly work in agriculture and cattle breeding or rent out vacation homes. The largest tourist center in Istria, Porec, is about 7 km away. The picturesque harbor town is home to the famous Euphrasian Basilica, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. When you enter the interior, you will be overwhelmed. Stroll through the small alleyways of the old town and sample the country's culinary specialties in typical local konobas. Istria offers well-developed cycling routes - perhaps you can hire a bike in the town and discover the treasures of Istria on a bike tour? If you are traveling with your children, we recommend visiting a water park. It's about a 45-minute drive to Pula Airport and the Brijuni National Park. Istria is a vacation destination that offers a variety of activities for every age group.
