There are three bright and cozy bedrooms on the second floor of the villa. All rooms are air-conditioned, have a double bed and TV and each has an exit to the terrace where you can relax with a good book or enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings. Two rooms have their own bathroom, while the third uses an additional bathroom, which is also located on the same floor. On the first floor of the villa you will find another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bed, air conditioning and TV. The room has direct access to the garden. On the first floor there is also a living room with TV, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped spacious kitchen in an open space concept. The entire area is air-conditioned. From the living room you can access the villa's garden with a swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days and sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the sun with a refreshing drink. Next to the house there is a covered terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy meals with family and friends that you have prepared on the barbecue, which is also at your disposal. Don't miss the island of Ko?ljun, not far from Punat, a unique cultural and historical place, as well as the town of Krk and the famous Frankopan fortress, located in the historical center of the town. We recommend a visit to the almost kilometer-long Vela beach in Ba?ka in the south of the island. The island offers many different beaches and no matter which one you choose, you won't go wrong! The temperature of the heated swimming pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions, and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
