Our house is situated on a little rise on the edge of Lenzkirch, with the balcony providing a fantastic west-ward view of the village centre and the surrounding mountains. The village centre can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. There you will find shops covering all your daily necessities (supermarkets, bakers, pharmacies, butchers, a florist, etc.). Our house's proximity to nature, be it the Feldberg peak, the Wutach Gorge, or simply "the" Black Forest, opens up many different activities, both in summer and winter. Your sports equipment such as skis or bikes can be comfortably and securely stored in our garage.

The apartment was fully renovated in 2023 and given premium new furnishings. The 4-room apartment has two parent bedrooms and a children's bedroom, balcony, kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet. Its special features include the fantastic view from the west-ward balcony of the village centre and the surrounding mountains, and the tiled stove. The apartment's own internet connection provides a bandwidth of 100 Mbit/s so that streaming services can be used in several rroms at once. The living room and two of the bedrooms also feature flat-screen TVs.
