Live in a historic Allgäu farmhouse. Experience history up close in our family ancestral home that is over 100 years old. 4 generations have carefully and lovingly preserved the charm of the house and brought it into the modern era. You will stay in 120 sqm over 2 floors, with 2 separate double bedrooms (children's/additional bed possible in each) each with its own bathroom and WC, and a cozy wooden-paneled farmhouse parlor - traditional and, of course, handcrafted. Not all our floors are level, and the stairs creak from time to time; that's part of it, as much life and laughter have been experienced here. Upon arrival, we surprise you with a little starter package. We are partners of the Königscard.

Our spacious holiday home features 7 rooms spread over 2 floors, totaling 120 sqm of living space. In four bedrooms, two of which are connecting rooms to the next bedroom, there is a double bed (180x200) and one bed (140x200). Eight people can sleep here. In two sleeping areas, an additional guest or children's bed (15.00€) can be set up. Each bedroom has wardrobes for storage. The living room includes a Smart TV, a tiled stove, and a sofa. The kitchen is newly equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and more. The holiday home has two bathrooms. The sitting room "Wolpertinger" was built by Tina's grandfather himself. There are 2 parking spaces for cars at the house. Unfortunately, charging electric vehicles is not possible with us. Wi-Fi is free in the house, and you can also use the washing machine and dryer free of charge.

Conditions:
A deposit of 20% of the total price will be charged after booking. The remaining amount of 80% is due 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a fee of 80% of the total price.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is possible from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.
The deposit of €300 can be charged at any time after booking.
The key handover takes place in person; for arrivals after 8:00 PM, a key safe will be used.
Maximally 2 pets are allowed with prior agreement. A fee of €30.00 per pet/stay is to be paid on site.
The tourist tax of €2.10 per person (16 years and older), €1.00 per person (6-15 years) /night is additionally charged on site.
