Wonderful villa in the Morna valley, next to San Lorenzo and above Santa Eulalia. If you are looking for good value for money with a large group, then this is your house. The estate is old, but truly equipped with all amenities. The house is family-owned and you can see that the owner loves the house. Each year the house is renovated and improved. This family also ownes Sitges and Morna Valley which are in the vicinity. But the house remains traditional and Ibicencan, without compromising on comfort.
Atzaro is around the corner and beaches like Aguas Blancas and Es Figueral are a 15 minute drive.
In order to reach the house you must go up a narrow piece of road (large vans are not advisable, although this is possible if you can drive well). On top, you enter through an electric gate. You immediately see the view: fantastic! There is a swimming pool with wooden deck chairs with cushions, there is an outdoor kitchen (which is larger than the kitchen inside!) and a dining table with shade. And of course a large swimming pool and a barbecue.
The interior of the house is properly finished. Each of the 6 bedrooms here has its own bathroom and some have four-poster beds. There is also air-conditioning in every room. In addition, there is Wi-Fi in the kitchen (due to the thick walls this is not accessible everywhere), there is an alarm, 2 cots and 2 lockers.
Cleaning service: complete every 7 days.
