Villa Mercedes is a nice newly built holiday home with swimming pool near Labin.
The house is set in a quiet place and nearby are four other holiday houses. Labin is 4 km and Rabac with the beautiful pebble beach 9 km distant.
On enclosed property of 870 sqm the guests of Villa Mercedes have a swimming pool of 36 sqm, covered terrace with dining table and summer kitchen, swing and slide for the youngest and a parking place available.
Holiday home for 6 guests with a total living surface of 135 sqm on two completely air-conditioned floors. The ground floor consists of a living area with access to the terrace near the swimming pool, kitchen, dining room and sitting set, a bedroom with double bed and private shower/toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a private shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
