The Fours à Chaux beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Explore the exciting town of Saint-Malo, once home to the infamous pirates. The town is surrounded by the sea on three sides and has an interesting old town, also known as Intra-Muros (within the walls). At low tide, you can walk to the Fort National fortress, which is just a few hundred meters from the city walls. But watch out for the tides, as there is an average height difference of 12 meters between high and low tide! You can also stroll along the beautiful promenade in Dinard. The town, which is beautifully situated on the Emerald Coast, is known for its annual film festival, its beaches and its mild climate, among other things.
