Welcome to the Land of Cocagne! This is where the famous “pastel blue” dye made its appearance. You will surely find answers to your questions by visiting Lautrec less than 10km away. Take the opportunity to refresh yourself at the Aquaval leisure center with its slides, water games, lakes, sports course... Less than 30 minutes away you will find: Albi and its famous Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, listed as a UNESCO heritage site, the Gaillac vineyard, its welcoming wine growers for wine tastings, the Pays des Bastides and its perched villages, Castres with its colorful houses above the water, Graulhet capital of leather...
** THE GITE **
Large independent house, close to the owners without being overlooked.
On the ground floor :
- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo® filter and pod coffee maker, citrus press, raclette grill, dishwasher and American refrigerator.
- Dining room with fireplace
* From the dining room, access to a first covered terrace. Ideal for enjoying your morning coffee!
- Living room in the old stable with old manger. Sofas and TV connected to Orange TV
* Above the living room, access to the billiard room via a Japanese spiral staircase
- Games room with table football, sofa, multiple games for children, books, changing table...
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, separate toilet and shower.
From the laundry room: access to the second covered outdoor terrace with garden furniture, table and fully equipped summer kitchen.
On the first floor of the house: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet and a small reading room on the landing.

* The fourth bedroom with 2 twin 90x200cm single beds

* Large master bedroom with 160x200cm bed and private bathroom + a 70cm child's bed for additional sleeping
* The children's suite in the attic with 4 90x200cm beds, all of which can be joined together
* Bathroom with large shower and sink.
Outside: large garden of approximately 1 hectare which surrounds the gîte and then overlooks the neighboring fields. A total of 2 covered terraces, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court next to the swimming pool and a swing.
Fully equipped summer kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, bar, outdoor crockery, Philips® beer tap (beer not provided) and plancha.
Fenced and heated swimming pool of 12x6 meters, ranging from 1m to 2m deep with diving pit and Roman staircase. Swimming pool open from May to the end of September.
Facing the swimming pool, under a shelter in an old stone barn: 5-seater jacuzzi accessible all year round and fitness area with electric treadmill, floor mat for yoga.
You can park easily in front of the gîte. A covered shelter is accessible for cars. You will share the same avenue as the owners to access the gîte but the houses are independent and each has their own living space on the opposite side and not overlooked.
