No doubt even the sharp-toothed reptiles that gave this beautiful property its name would feel right at home in the cosy, oasis-like garden of Villa Cododrilo. But you have the garden all to yourself: The garden area, lined with a variety of trees, offers an excellent level of privacy, so you can relax at any time of day amidst the surroundings of the charming little village of Cielo de Bonaire, near Alcúdia. Right next to the pool, comfortable sun loungers invite you to dream, while the Mediterranean sun rounds off the all-round pleasant experience. You can top up on vitamin D over lunch on the slightly elevated terrace before switching off and taking a short siesta. The terracotta-coloured tiles combined with the blue accents of the pool create a spectacle of different colours that will make you feel right at home. And when you light the barbecue in the evening, you can top off the cosy atmosphere with a candlelit dinner.

The interior of the villa gives you an equally royal welcome. The terrace has direct access to the spacious kitchen. Next to the impressive column is a stately walnut-coloured counter; standing behind it will make you feel like a Michelin-starred chef. The practical equipment also allows for more elaborate dishes, which can either be served at the dining table right next to it or you can use the slightly larger table in the adjoining living room; its huge panoramic window with a view of the greenery and the balcony are a real eye-catcher. An elegant spiral staircase winds its way up to the upper floor, where a cosy balcony and sofa also await you. The owners have also installed an additional kitchen and bathroom on the upper floor. All bedrooms are on the ground floor, one of them with two single beds, the other three with comfortable double beds; you even have the added luxury of your own bathroom. There are two bathtubs between the three bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing end to the day.

The fantastic maritime location of the villa guarantees plenty of variety for days by the sea: the pebble beach of S'Illot, for example, is just 100 metres away. The rocks rising up from the beach are perfect for climbing and the crystal-clear water is ideal for snorkelling. An audible road runs right past the villa and offers the advantage of being connected to the island's infrastructure for the many excursions that await you. Don't miss the idyllic little harbour town of Alcúdia with its picturesque narrow streets and the so-called Casas Señorales, the majestic houses of the former nobility. Perhaps you would like to visit the popular Hidropark water park, which is known above all for its legendary slides. In the holiday resort of Can Picafort, just 15 km away, you will find an exquisite selection of excellent restaurants where you can discover the secrets of Mallorcan cuisine. The Alcanada Golf Club, just 7 kilometres away, is ideal for sports enthusiasts.

Only 300 metres separate you from the turquoise blue sea if you decide to stay at the magnificent Villa Cocodrilo. In addition to the white sandy beaches, you can also enjoy the tranquil island life in the harbour town of Alcúdia, just 3.5 km away. Nature lovers are in luck, as the Parc Natural de S'Albufera de Mallorca is only 9 km away.
