Welcome to this inviting house, which offers you ideal conditions for a fantastic holiday with family or friends. Very close to the magnificent fortified city of Avignon, on the heights of the characterful, typical Gard village of Rochefort du Gard, this charming modern villa is close to all shops and in a very quiet residential area. The atmosphere of the bright, modern and relaxing house, made of noble materials and high comfort, gives you a real feeling of serenity. The sober, natural and cosy decoration is particularly neat and equipped with quality furniture, offering you an ideal setting in which to relax. The large living room with integrated American kitchen leads onto the large, shaded terrace where you can spend pleasant evenings around the barbecue under the stars.

One of the highlights of the house is the refreshing private outdoor pool, where you can swim undisturbed and then relax on the beautiful south-facing beach while enjoying the romantic, flowering garden with olive trees and palm trees. The American kitchen, which opens onto a shaded pergola, will be your privileged spot for all your al fresco meals.

The surroundings of Rochefort du Gard promise you many possibilities for an active holiday: explore the area on cycling and hiking trails, play tennis or golf, rent a boat and explore the surroundings from the water or visit the beautiful city of Avignon with its many sights. You will discover the beautiful Palais des Papes, but also the Rue des Teinturiers, the Place de l'Horloge and the famous Pont Saint-Bénézet bridge. Stroll through the market halls or take a walk to the Rocher des Doms, you will be amazed at the beauty of the surroundings. Nearby, explore Les Angles, an old mountain village dating back to the 14th century, characterised by its Gothic church and the Tour des Mascs. You can also stroll through Villeneuve, where an old abbey and the Fort Saint-André emphasise its medieval atmosphere. Not to be missed are the natural and wild regional park of the Camargue, the magnificent Les Baux accommodation at the top of the beautiful Alpilles massif and, as a highlight, the Gallo-Roman town of St Rémy de Provence, dotted with craft shops, art galleries and delicious restaurants, as well as the delicious valley of the Cèze and the beautiful wild gorges of the Ardèche.
