The apartment offers a large private covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for evening gatherings or morning breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and a table with four chairs. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, and air conditioning. A free parking space is available in front of the house, accessible by crossing the main road.

We kindly ask guests to follow the house rules:
Respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
For safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning when not in the apartment,
Use the apartment’s equipment with care,
Leave the dishes empty and wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
Report any damages to the owner, who will assess the damage and request payment in cash before departure,
Notify the owner of the expected departure time one day in advance to arrange the return of the keys.
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of the stay.
