Cozy holiday home located in a quiet and hilly position at approx. 2 km from the small village of Salisano and 9 km from the picturesque village of Poggio Mirteto. Originally a farmhouse, the villa offers a spacious panoramic loggia ideal for relaxing outdoors and eating al fresco, a wide panoramic view of the surrounding hills and of the medieval villages of Salisano and Castelnuovo di Farfa. At your disposal you will also find a BBQ area next to the loggia and a swimming pool equipped with a gazebo and children's play area. Surrounding the house, a fenced plot of 8000 m2 with olive trees and fruit trees. Parking places on property. Every other day in the early morning the gardener takes care of the flowers and the swimming pool. The area is famous for the production of an excellent extra virgin olive oil with DOP certification. A few meters from the property there are 2 Tourist Routes proposing walks to discover the beauties of Sabina, and at 17 km there is the Tevere_Farfa Nature Reserve which offers tours of the Tiber by canoe, on foot or by bike, as well as guided tours and boat trips. From Poggio Mirteto, the "Eternal City" Rome, 60 km away, can easily be reached by train (journey time approx. 40 min.) Distances: 2 km Salisano (food shops), 3 km Farfa Abbey, 8 km Poggio Mirteto Scalo (trains to Rome, about 40 min), 25 km Rieti and Vallesanta, 60 km Rome.

    “absolut Top für 2 Paare mit je 2 Kindern, wunderschöne Anlage, herrlich großer Pool,sehr ruhige Lage also wirklich zum Entspannen(einkaufen, restaurant alles ca. 15min. mit dem Auto), Rom ca. 1 Std..
    Einzige Kritik ist der Wasserdruck in allen 3 Duschen, damit ist Duschen fast nicht möglich. Die Leiter am Pool muß dringend befestigt werden!!!”
