The "Puez Marmotta" holiday flat is a quietly located 2.5-room flat just a few minutes' walk from the village centre, the train station and a wide range of leisure activities. 57m2 of living space on the 2nd floor, facing south-east, with a beautiful, far-reaching panoramic view of the Albula Valley (UNESCO railway landscape) and the mountain range around Piz Ela. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The spacious living room is furnished in a classic modern style and invites you to relax on the corner sofa or in the reading armchair. There is also a double wardrobe bed in the living room, which can be converted with a flick of the wrist. The kitchen, newly fitted in summer 2017, is modern and fully equipped. The dining table with corner bench seats 6 people. In summer, the balcony with its beautiful view invites you to linger.
The flat is ideal for a family with two children.
