This newly built, beautiful holiday home is located in Crni Kal on the slopes of Velebit Mountain, which is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family. There is a kitchen with dining room on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor with a living area and entrance to a covered terrace. A small football field and table tennis are available for active holidaymakers. A gorgeous swimming pool provides welcoming refreshment on hot summer days. Plitvicer Lake National Park is located just a few minutes away by car. The sixth bedroom also serves as a connecting room. Table tennis, basketball and tennis court are shared with CKV171. In agreement with the owner can a pub be used.

    “Wer ein abgelegenes Ferienhaus sucht, wird dieses mögen. Der Temperaturunterschied zum Meeresniveau ist nahezu 10 Grad Celsius. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet: Parkettböden, Kachelofen, Griller, Pool, Liegen, großer Esstisch, große Tische unter der Terrasse, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, zwei Kühl- und Gefrierschränke, Filterkaffeemaschine, ausreichend Geschirr und Waschmaschine. Das Wasser wird in einer Regenzisterne gesammelt. An sonnenarmen Tagen schafft die Solaranlage es nicht das Warmwasser ausreichend aufzuheizen, dann muss man die Stromheizung manuell zuschalten. Die Duschkabinen sind teils sehr undicht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küche sind sauber. In den unteren Regalreihen, in den Ecken unter den Betten, usw. ist viel Staub zu finden. Das Gebäude und der Poolbereich sind sehr schön. Der Grund ist sehr abgelegen, in Rufweite befinden sich ein zweites Mietshaus und das Haus des Vermieters. Das nächste Grillhaus ist 20 Autominuten entfernt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es in Senj, in ca. 35 Autominuten Entfernung. Der nächste Meerzugang ist ebenfalls in Senj. Die Plitvicer Seen sind trotz des hohen Eintrittspreises und der 90 min Anfahrt einen Besuch wert. Der Nationalpark im Velebit ist in ca. 70 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der unebene Fußballplatz neben dem Haus war ein Highlight für unsere Kinder.”
