Former, recently renovated stone farmhouse, located within a large farm residence, all fenced, 30 km from Siena and 60 km from Florence, in the heart of Chianti. In the main building of the cottage we have been made 8 apartments, all in our offer, renovated, but trying to keep the original architectural features with beamed ceilings and floors in typical Tuscan terracotta. Guests can enjoy long walks and cycling and stop or catch fish at the edges of the two large lakes around the farm. Common room for tastings, dinners, receptions and weddings. Point of sale of typical Tuscan products, in part of its production (olive oil, wine and salami) and agribusiness Siena. Each apartment has furnished outdoor area. Child friendly, simple, comfortable farmhouse from the 18th century, renovated, surrounded by trees and fields. 9 km from the centre of Colle Val d'Elsa, 3 km from the centre of Casole d'Elsa, 20 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a quiet position on a slope, in the countryside. For shared use: property, swimming pool (7 x 15 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 08.May. - 02.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the complex: reception, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), heating to be paid on the spot (01.11. - 15.04.), heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04..
