Apartment in a quiet location with a sitting corner in the outdoor area

The largest of our three lovely holiday apartments is in the somewhat quieter area of the Baltic Sea town Boltenhagen, in Redewisch. It is only about 500 metres from the beach and the steep coast. Owing to the quiet location, you can relax here in any season and recover from everyday stress.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a divan, a living room with a corner sofa and a double sofa bed, accommodating up to five people. A junior travel bed can also be set up. There is also an open kitchen with a dining corner, adjoining the living room. The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a guest WC with a washbasin and cupboard.

There is a separate sitting corner outside, where you can also grill, smoke or just enjoy the peace and quiet.

A local shuttle bus runs practically from the doorstep into the centre of Boltenhagen about 1.5km away, where you can find a shopping centre, shops, gastronomy, the pier with a jetty, the Kurpark with many events, the Bäderbahn etc. You can hire bicycles in various local places, one of which is nearby. You can enjoy ideal conditions for biking and walking trips.

    “Wenn man über das ein oder andere hinweg sieht, was sicher u.a.diesem langen Lockdown geschuldet war ist diese Fewo schön. Wer wert auf ein schönes Umfeld legt, wird feststellen das diese FeWo direkt neben einer früheren LPG liegt. Alles sehr heruntergekommen. Trotz Haustierverbot lief der hund des Vermieters oft frei herum. Positiv: eine schöne geräumige FeWo. Vordere Ansicht sehr schön, nach hinten wirkte das ganze eher unaufgeräumt. Negativ: kein angeschlossenes Gefriergerät. Wasserhahn im bad, sowie Abfluss nicht OK. Die Sitzecke nicht sehr einladend.”
