Die Apartments „Stipe“ befinden sich im ruhigen Küstenort Drage, nur 10 km südlich von Biograd in Mittel-Dalmatien – weit entfernt von Menschenmassen und Lärm, ein ausgezeichneter Platz für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub.
Im Apartmenthaus „Stipe“ können 2 Apartments gemietet werden: Apartment 1 für 4 Personen und Apartment 2 für 5+1 Person. Jedes Apartment hat eine Fläche von 45m² mit einer zugehörigen Terrasse vom 35m², jedes Apartment befindet sich auf einer eigenen Etage des Hauses.

Der neue Kies-Strand ist nur 100m vom Haus entfernt, der Fußweg führt durch den Pinienwald. Der Strand ist geeignet für kleine Kinder, es gibt auch einen Naturstein Felsstrand. Die Bucht ist umgeben von Pinienwald.
Das Apartment-Haus befindet sich auf einem ruhigen Berg, als höchstgelegenes Haus am Ende einer kleinen Zufahrtsstraße, nur 100 Meter vom Strand mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Inseln der Kornaten, die Insel Pasman und der Ort Drage mit der Hauptlagune.
Apartments Stipe offers 2 apartments for rent with sea view to the Kornati islands - each has a size of 45m2 + own terrace of 35m2, just 100m from the beach Apartment 2 for 5+1 persons: surface 45m2, 1st floor of the hose, 2 sleeping rooms cca 12m2 with double bed, 1 sleeping room with extendable bed 7m2 (for 1+eventually 1 person), 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, 2 kitchen each 6m2 with dishwasher, lobby 9m2 with dining table and chairs, comfortable terrace 35m2 (half-covered) equipped with garden set for dining and easy chair, SAT-TV, very well equipped kitchens, linen and towels included. Sea view on 3 sides – on Kornati islands, island of Pasman, on the place Drage with the lagoon. There is a possibility of usage washing machine and garden grill (on request). To the newly made pebble beach is just 100m far away from house, lead a foot path through pine wood. The beach is Plaza is suitable for small children, but on the edges there are stone natural beach also suitable for swimming. All is surrounded with the pine wood.
