Four-star holiday apartment with a giant balcony and a fabulous panoramic mountain view of Wetterstein and the Karwendel mountains


The two-room apartment enjoys a quiet location on the northern edge of Mittenwald, but is still within walking distance of the centre and near the Kranzberg ski resort, with an impressive mountain backdrop. The bedroom has a big double bed and the living room provides a big sofa with a recamiere, which can be pulled out as a bed 160cm wide. The apartment is therefore ideal for two people, but one or two further guests can sleep in the living room, which also has a big dining corner and everything else you need for a comfortable stay: two flatscreen TVs (not everyone likes football!), each with a DVD player, a stereo system with an iPod docking station, a Playstation, books and board games. Those who have to work on holiday can use the desk with a 3-in-1 printer and a telephone for incoming calls and emergency calls. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster, kettle and egg boiler. The newly renovated bathroom with a rainshower is perfect for relaxing.

But the highlight is the giant (25m²) balcony facing south-west, with seating, sun loungers and a parasol, so you can enjoy the sun until the late afternoon.

There is an underground garage parking space. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee. You can use a coin-operated washing machine and drying room in the cellar. You can also hire two mountain bikes for a small fee.

Whether it is winter with alpine or cross-country skiing, a sledge piste, or spring and summer with more than 90km of hiking trails and cooling off in one of the nine lakes, the apartment is the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday. The nearest grocery shop and restaurant are 300 metres away, the pedestrian zone with its picturesque houses is a 15 to 10-minute walk away.

    “Die Wohnung war optimal und umfassend ausgestattet, allenfalls eine Mikrowelle hätte noch zusätzlich vorhanden sein können. Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß für vier Personen, der Ausblick war traumhaft. Das Haus befindet sich nicht in einem Gewerbegebiet, sondern in einem Wohngebiet; das Haus grenzt lediglich als letztes der Wohnhäuser an das Gewerbegebiet an. Störende Gewerbebetriebe sind in der Nähe nicht vorhanden. Das Parken war meist vor dem Haus möglich, sehr gut war auch die vorhandene Tiefgarage. Ein Einkaufsmarkt mit langen Öffnungszeiten vom Montag bis Samstag ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Auch der Zentrumsbereich von Mittenwald ist über einen schönen Weg entlang der Isar fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das zu teure w-lan, das viel zu leistungsschwach war und bei ausreichend Datenvolumen nicht erforderlich ist, da eine 4G-Versorgung vorhanden ist”

    “Dit appartement maakt deel uit van een appartementencomplex op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van het centrum van Mittenwald. Het ligt op een industrieterrein dat grenst aan een woonwijk met voornamelijk appartementencomplexen. De auto kan geparkeerd worden in de garage die onder het gebouw is.
    Het appartement zelf is ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust. Het balkon heeft een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen. Op ongeveer 500 meter afstand is een Norma supermarkt. Deze lijkt op een Aldi.”
