Non-smoking holiday apartment with a sunny south-facing balcony in a central location with a parking space and wireless Internet accessThe apartment is near the train station and airport in the Alte Neustadt, on the corner of Neuer Markt with the Kleiner Roland, in an absolutely quiet location.It is a beautiful, modern and sunny one-room apartment of around 40m² for one to two people. The living room has a cupboard bed and a pull-out double sofa bed (if required also a gust bed), glossy furniture and an 82 cm flatscreen TV. The separate kitchen with a fridge, stove with four rings (ceramic hob), cooker hood, dishwasher, table with two chairs, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler and kettle provides everything you need for cooking. There is a bathroom with a bath and an integrated shower.There is a south-facing balcony, where smoking is permitted. There is also a free, roofed car parking space.The apartment is only a five-minute walk from the Weser, and from there it is just five further minutes over the pedestrian bridge into the centre.

    “sehr freundlicher empfang! die lage in bremen ist gut, man kann alles wichtige ohne probleme erreichen! in der wohnung fehlt einem an nichts was man für eine gute zeit in bremen braucht! das preisleistung-verhältnis ist gut!
    wenn wir wieder nach bremen kommen werden wir gerne wieder hier buchen!”

    “Die gut strukturierte Ordnung und Akuratesse unterstützt eine Auszeit. Alles ist gut. Nach der Rückkehr in mein Chaos fällt mir das auf. Positiv: sicherer Platz für mein Fahrrad,
    Balkon mit netten Stühlen und Tisch
    Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, schönes Besteck, große Kaffeebecher
    gute Matratze,
    Bücher und umfangreiche Info (guter Stadtplan) über Bremen
    wunderschönes Außenrestaurant - wie Biergarten - um die Ecke Negativ: Schiebestäbchen an der Gardine fehlt,
    ein zusätzlicher bequemer Sessel würde der ansonsten netten Ausstattung gut tun”

    “Slaapplek is iets minder prettig: 1-persoonsbed en slaapbank met niet gelijke hoogte slaapplekken.
    Maar: de positieve kanten hebben voor ons wel degelijk dit min-puntje overtroffen!! Positiv: Ligging tov het stads centrum.
    Appartement klein maar fijn met luxe apparatuur. Negativ: slaapplek 2 personen Restaurant: Bistro Am Neuen Markt - Zoiets lekkers heb je nog nooit gehad! Alles vers en met liefde gemaakt en de grootte van de pizza is niet normaal!”

    “Sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht (Herd, separater Ofen/Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee, Wasserkocher, Töpfe, Pfannen etc). Auch DVD-Player, Musikanlage, Föhn, Stadtführer und WLAN sind vorhanden.
    In ca. 10min erreicht man zu Fuß die Schlachte an der Weser. Dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Supermärkte mit Bäcker in der Nähe, sowie Straßenbahn-Haltestellen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert.”

    “Ein super Objekt zur Erholung. Alles vorhanden, was man zur Erholung benötigt. Diese Wohnung ist einfach nur weiter zu empfehlen. Vor allem auch die Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Parkplatz vorhanden, einfach alles da.”
