Within a beautiful private estate on the Central Apex (700 m above sea level), 8 km from the small village of Apecchio, lies this large stone house, whose convenient location allows you to visit the beautiful regions of Tuscany, Umbria and Marche. The house is suitable for large families and groups of friends. Spacious, private green areas and a pool await you here. Enjoy the quiet location on the ridge of the hill. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor are small independent apartments with small kitchenette. About 20 km from the house, the owner runs a wellness farm with pools, massage center and restaurant (extra services with local payment). Access to the house via a gravel road. Excursions: The ancient town of Città di Castello 27 km, Gubbio 45 km, Fano (sea and beaches) 70 km. The friendly owners are also managers of a wellness center about 20 km away, with thermal baths, sports facilities and medical staff. On request and payment on site: special arrangements wellness center, cook, horse riding lessons, hiking, Pilates classes.

    “Professionelle Küche mit Profi-Gasherd und allen notwendigen Utensilien. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen, lediglich die Betten sind etwas hart. Vor der Küche ist ein überdachter Sitzplatz mit langer Tafel, so dass das Essen incl. Kochen zum Event wird. Um den Pool ist genügend Platz für die bequemen Liegen und es findet sich auch immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Auch für Hängematten sind einige passende Bäume. Die Umgebung ist extrem ruhig, meistens hört man außer den Vögeln keine anderen Geräusche - Urlaub pur!”
