This well-maintained apartment is located in the south-eastern part of the province of Liège, near the border with Germany and Luxembourg. This beautifully renovated apartment is on the second floor of an authentic farm dating back to 1843. The apartment has a living room with a sofa set and a dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a separate playroom for children. There is also a storage room for your bikes. You can dine together on the wooden terrace with garden furniture. A sauna is available in the house and can be used for a fee. A cot and high chair will be provided on request. When you want to celebrate with a large group, you can also rent holiday house BLU008, located about 100 metres away.

This property is an ideal base for your holidays in the Ardennes. You can visit the town of Burg-Reuland and admire the old castle of Reuland. Explore the beautiful natural landscape of the two Ourthes with stopovers in Houffalize and La Roche-en-Ardenne. You can visit the European monument at the border triangle in the municipality Ouren, where the borders of Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg meet. On the way to Ouren you will pass through small villages in a beautiful area, also known as the Belgian Eifel. You can also visit Luxembourg and explore some of the beautiful places in the northern part such as Clervaux, Vianden and Esch-Sauer. There is a ski resort just 25 km from the apartment.
