The property is located on a hill in a wonderful panoramic position and offers a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, a large covered terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, grill and stone oven, multipurpose field (soccer / tennis), a fenced children's play area. From the terrace, the Jacuzzi and the below lying pool you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley. The main house is divided into three independent apartments and is located on a plot of 10,000 m² wooded land, ideal for beautiful and relaxing walks. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets; wi-fi zone, parking on the property. The location of your holiday home is very convenient to reach the main towns of Umbria and Tuscany. Access to the house via a 1.8 km long gravel road. Worth visiting are Città di Castello (18 km), Lake Trasimeno and Cortona (37 km) , Gubbio (41 km) and Perugia (45 km). Check-out by 09 am.
