This property with 17 holiday houses is nestled in the small town of Paradizo, where only a few families live. The property is located just a few kilometres away from the Brijuni Riviera and pebble beaches. Each of the stone houses has a private garden and swimming pool. The ground floor of every house has a kitchen with dining room and living room. The living room leads to the large covered terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the pool with a glass of wine. A bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the other three bedrooms are on the first floor. You can play tennis in the shared tennis court, between the houses. All houses have free access to the space. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are just five minutes away by car. Visit St. Blasius Church in the historic town of Vodnjan. Here, the relics of saints are not embalmed or hermetically sealed, but are still very well preserved, which is a real mystery for scientists till today. The bodies of the saints are believed to have miraculous healing powers.

    “The overall opinion is that it doesn't worth it. The most disappointing matter is that the photos I saw when I booked the house were photoshopped. Basically the online sale transformed into an photoshopped images offer... this is not fair.

    Secondly, the sales offer show "Our quality rating: 4" but in fact the ministry of tourism rated this property with 2 stars.

    Now, leaving behind this bad taste of unethical online advertisement I encountered the following:
    1. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor but there is no air conditioning up there. The owner preferred to install an AC on the lower floor in the living room, which by the way is useless because it is extremely weak (probably because it is too old), I was expecting it to stop working any moment. So, keep in mind that there is no AC in the bedrooms while you have 35+ degrees outside during the day.
    2. Because you have no AC, you'll have to keep the windows opened all the time. The property has another surprise for you : there are no mosquitoes nets for the windows / doors. So, expect to have mosquitoes and grasshopper of the size of the little finger.
    3. The car gate was not working but I believe this was a momentary issue and most probably will be fixed for future guests.
    4. We received only one set of keys which was quite annoying so, I recommend the future guests to ask specifically for a second set of keys before check-in.
