A delightful holiday home, beautifully situated right by the waterside outside of Lotorp, Östergötland. Cosy and well planned, it features a practical kitchen and a small kitchen table. The family room has a dining area and a sofa bed big enough for two. The well-planned bathroom features a shower and an electric incinerating toilet. A steep staircase takes you from the kitchen up to the mezzanine with space for two people. Bear in mind that the ceiling of the mezzanine is low.
The terrace is furnished with two rocking chairs and offers an excellent view of the lake. In the garden you will find garden furniture. There is a large bathing dock with a ladder, which you share with the owner. Use of the rowing boat is included in the rent! Why not try your hand at fishing! You can buy your fishing permit directly from the owner. By lake Skiren there is an excellent sandy beach with shallow water, suitable for children. It's 2 kilometres from the house. There are lovely bicycle trails by the cottage. You will be surrounded by beautiful woodlands where you can pick berries and mushrooms.
There are plenty of things to see and do in the area. Lotorp is only two kilometres away, and offers a restaurant and a public beach with a diving tower. You can also rent a canoe in Lotorp. Finspång is only six kilometres away and offers events such as market days and a music festival. Take a day trip to Rejmyre Glasbruk, one of Sweden's best glassworks. Or why not a shopping trip to one of the larger towns in the area, Linköping or Norrköping? Kolmården's Wildlife Park is 50 kilometres away, and well worth a visit.
