Cosy, Tuscan stone house, with a big garden, terrace and pool
The holiday house is quietly situated in the mountains of the Tuscan province of Pistoia.
It is decorated in a country house style and comprises two floors. The ground floor has a brick-built kitchen with cooking rings, a little electric oven, an open fireplace and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Next to it there is a living room with a sofa and armchairs, a TV and fireplace. There is also a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. The upper floor has two cosy bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200cm). Supplementary beds for a maximum of two children can be booked in addition. The antique furniture and pastel-coloured walls are very tasteful, while the rustic wooden beams on the ceiling, clay tiles and partially exposed stone walls enhance the atmosphere and design. All the rooms can be heated. The house also has a basement room with a washing machine. Free Internet access is available.
The accommodation is surrounded by a terraced garden of around 8000m², which is fully fenced. During the warm season (end of April to end of September, before April only on request), the 6 x 3.5m private pool (depth 1.2m) invites you to swim, or you can relax on the deckchairs. On the terrace in front of the house there are a table and chairs under a pergola, with an outdoor kitchen and sink next to it and a brick-built grill. There is parking space on site.
The nearest shops are about 3km away. The holiday house is especially suitable for those who would like to spend a totally relaxing holiday. From here it is easy to explore towns such as Florence, Lucca, Siena, Vinci, Volterra, San Gimignano, Arezzo and Pisa.
